Four students were awarded $1,000 scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year from the Society of Emeritus Professors & Retired Scholars of the University of Guam. The recipients were awarded at a luncheon on April 30, which raised $2,000 for the scholarship fund.

The SEPRS scholarship, in its third year, is intended to support any full-time UOG student with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in achieving their academic goals.

The 2022-2023 recipients are:
- Ami Vice, Integrative Biology Major
- Abigail Pobre, Secondary Education and Math Major
- Aisleabesh Maglaque, Bio-Medical Major, Nutrition Minor
- Jennifer Ok, Pre-Nursing Major

SEPRS is accepting applications now for its next round of scholarships. Applications are due by 3 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2022, to the UOG Financial Aid Office. Visit the Financial Aid scholarships webpage for complete details.
