In the nightcap, the Tritons played well for most of the match, winning the first set 25-23 to take a 1-0 lead. But HAGGAN came back in the second set to even the match at 1-1 with a 25-20 win.

The third set was another close affair, with HAGGAN winning 25-22 to take a 2-1 lead in the match. The fourth set brought the best set of the night, as HAGGAN and UOG battled until HAGGAN won 30-28 to take the match 3-1.

HAGGAN is now 3-1 and in second place in the Triton League. The UOG Tritons fell to 0-4 in the league and secured the No. 6 seed for the upcoming playoffs. They will face the No. 3 seed, to be determined, in the first round of the playoffs on Tuesday, September 29.

In the opening match of the night, Local Strains defeated U-Fly 3-1 in what was an easy win for Local Strains. Local won the first two sets 25-18 and 25-19. U-Fly came back and won the third set 25-22, but Local Strains won the fourth set 25-22 to take the match 3-1.

Local Strains are now 2-1, while U-Fly fell to 1-2 in the Triton Men's Volleyball League.
