Lead the future of building!

Construction management professionals blend expertise in innovative technologies, construction principles, and business management to lead a wide range of projects––from residential and commercial structures to major infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and large facilities.

Our program will prepare students to organize, lead, and manage the building process. With emerging technologies and expanding opportunities, construction executives carry significant responsibilities that influence communities through the built environment.

The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at the University of Guam is schedule to launch in Fall 2026.
