UOG First-Year Undergraduate College Students Peer Mentoring Program.
Triton Advising Center's peer mentorship program strives to encourage and support first-year undergraduate student success by pairing first-year undergraduates with experiences Triton student ambassador leaders who are juniors and seniors.
The program is designed to build students' self-confidence toward achieving academic success. These peer mentors are committed to supporting and encouraging overall student success.
Many first-year undergraduate college students transitioning to UOG face several obstacles. These UOG student leaders will assist students with academic guidance, provide access to campus resources, and encourage as well as support them to become more active in the UOG community.
