Triton Login

Logging into University of Guam IT resources.

Below are instructions for logging into IT online resources. Please note that for quicker login you can also access these login screens via the yellow "Login" button in the right hand corner of this website. Just click on the black arrow rather than the button and you will see a drop down list of all online IT resources.

Please call the UOG Computer Center Operations at 735-2635/30/40 for further assistance, if needed.

WebAdvisor

The UOG WebAdvisor system allows students, staff, and faculty to perform common online operations such as paying tuition online, checking status, checking grades, searching the course schedule, and more.

All students are issued WebAdvisor credentials upon enrollment at UOG. If you are an enrolled student and are having trouble logging in please read the WebAdvisor First Time Login directions or contact the Computer Center / Help Desk.
Faculty and Staff must fill out the WebAdvisor / Portal Application form to be granted a WebAdvisor Access/Triton ID.
To login to WebAdvisor you will need a WebAdvisor account/id and your WebAdvisor password. If you are new to Web Advisor and do not know your login credentials please visit the I'm New to WebAdvisor page.

As of midnight Mon, 31 March Web Advisor will be available 24/7 except for the the following maintenance periods.

  • Mon-Thurs: 8pm-11pm
  • Fri: 8pm-1am
  • Sat: 8pm-11pm

 

ETriton/Student Email

The ETriton/Student Email system is for student email access.

Student email addresses are issued upon enrollment. Faculty, staff, and all others, please see the "UGuam/Staff Email" system below.
To login to the ETriton/Student Email system please make sure you have your official student email address ( should end with etriton.uog.edu ) and password. If this is your first time logging in or you don't know what your official eTriton Email Address is please read the Computer Center's Instructions on how to obtain your Etriton.edu.gu email address from WebAdvisor at the ITRC / Computer Center site.

UGuam/Faculty & Staff Email System

The UGuam/Faculty & Staff Email system is for faculty/staff email access.

Faculty/staff email addresses ( uguam.uog.edu ) are issued after the employee has filled out and submitted the WebAdvisor/Portal Application form to HRO. If you are unsure whether you have a UGuam email address please contact ITRC / Computer Center .
To login to the UGuam Faculty/Staff Email system make sure you have an official UGuam email address ( should end in uguam.uog.edu ). If you are unsure if you have a UGuam email address or what it is please contact ITRC / Computer Center .

Triton Portal

The Triton Portal system is for faculty/staff intranet/applications access.

Faculty/staff Triton IDs are issued after the employee has filled out and submitted the WebAdvisor/Portal Application form to HRO. If you are unsure whether you have a Triton ID please contact ITRC / Computer Center .
To login to the Triton Portal system make sure you have your Triton ID and password. All faculty/staff receive a Welcome to Triton Portal email upon creation of their Triton ID within two weeks of submission of the WebAdvisor/Portal Application to HRO. If you have not received your welcome email after submitting your WebAdvisor/Portal Application please contact ITRC / Computer Center .
