The University of Guam Farmer Focus Project and Asia Pacific Studies Center will host free health seminars in Yigo, Sinajåña, and Inalåhan this August. Open to all residents, the sessions will cover obesity prevention, healthy eating, exercise, diabetes care, stress management, and wellness programs to support Guam’s communities.
