Charter Day 2020
Charter Day is the largest community event held on the University of Guam campus every year. More than 6,000 people enjoy a family atmosphere with a fun-filled day of food, games and activities!
Check out the Chamoru Language Competition at the Calvo Field House, take a campus tour, visit the Marine Lab, watch the President's Cup competition and much more!
This year marks the 52nd anniversary of the University of Guam’s Charter and the 68th anniversary of the founding of the University of Guam.
NOTE: Please be advised that traffic on-campus will be one-way from 7 a.m. to 12 noon. Attendants will be directing traffic. Please drive safely. There will be many visitors walking throughout the campus. For more information, contact Campus Safety & Security at (671) 735-2372.
Every Charter Day, the University of Guam celebrates its greatest achievements: our graduates, our research, and our service to the region.
This year, the University of Guam will further focus the celebration on its locally inspired students and initiatives and the impact they are having on a global scale. Through its meaningful research, its many active partnerships with organizations and institutions, and its exceptional quality of graduates making valuable professional contributions in our region and abroad, our University continues to make a name for itself worldwide.
