The University of Guam invites you to celebrate
CHARTER DAY on Tuesday, March 9!

The celebration begins at 9 a.m. on Zoom!

This year marks the 53rd anniversary of the University of Guam’s Charter and the 69th anniversary of the founding of the University of Guam.

Charter Day is typically the largest community event held on the University of Guam campus every year. More than 6,000 people enjoy a family atmosphere with a fun-filled day of food, games and activities. This year, however, we will celebrate virtually!

Register to attend Charter Day on Zoom!

Theme: Transforming Lives. Advancing Communities.

Every Charter Day, the University of Guam celebrates its greatest achievements: our graduates, our research, and our service to the region.

This year’s Charter Day theme,“Transforming Lives, Advancing Communities” is the University's Vision Statement devleoped under the Para Hulo' Strategic Plan. It recognizes the scope of influence and positive impact the University of Guam has contributed to society through its research, students, and alumni throughout the world. The theme also highlights the University’s continuous effort towards becoming the engine of progress in Guam and the region through its continued mission of “Ina, Deskubre, Setbe – To Enlighten, To Discover, To Serve.
