My professional background spans over a decade of federal program oversight and grants management to include financial and budget administration, grant writing, compliance, transparency, performance, and continuous improvement as well as 15+ years in sales and marketing in the private sector working for Fortune 100 companies and small businesses, cultivating success and customer retention based on interpersonal relationship, collaboration, and service excellence. I have also taught business management at the undergraduate and graduate levels for more than 12 years.

CERTIFICATIONS

Katrina T. Perez joined the UOG Endowment Foundation in July 2017 as the accounts manager and became the executive director in September 2019 after serving as interim director since January 2019. She is an integral part of the efforts made to innovatively push transparency and put into action systems that will focus on integrity, donor stewardship, trust, and evolving with the new trends of philanthropy.

Prior to joining the foundation, Perez worked at United Airlines Inc., Continental Airlines Inc., and Continental Micronesia Inc. for more than 20 years combined.
