Diverse Perspective: UOG Senior Art Show 2008

The display is the senior thesis exhibition for four graduating seniors and two recent graduates of the University of Guam’s Fine Arts/Art Program. As majors in the Fine Arts/Art program, they were required to take a series of classes in which they explored an array of both two and three-dimensional media including printmaking, sculpture/ceramics, painting, and photography.

Diverse Perspectives: UOG Senior Art Show 2008 featured a collection of works produced during their tenure as undergraduate students and was the culmination of the years spent learning, growing, and preparing to become professional artists.

The show featured over seventy works by Ping Kuo, Alex Hoya, Kyu Hyeon Kim, Heather Skoog, Bora Kim, and Gi Young Hwang and includes linoleum and woodblock prints, ceramic sculptures, watercolor and acrylic paintings, and photography.

This project was supported by the UOG Fine Arts Program, College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, Guam CAHA, the NEA, Office of the Governor, and Bank of Guam.
