The University of Guam Men's and Women's Soccer Teams collected several awards on May 26 at the Guam Football Association's Awards Night at the GFA National Training Center.

The UOG Men's Soccer Team was awarded the team trophy for the 2018-19 GFA Budweiser Amateur Men's League Championship.

One player from the men's and women's teams were also awarded the Golden Boot Award as the leading scorers in their leagues. Ryoga Okada won the award for the men's team having scored 31 goals for the Tritons during the regular season and added four more goals in the GFA Challenge Cup for a total of 35 goals in 13 matches he played for UOG, an average of 2.7 goals per match. Okada is a Japanese exchange student who joined the team in January.

Elisha Benavente won the Golden Boot Award for the Lady Tritons as the leading scorer in the GFA Bud Light Amateur Women's League. Benavente scored 21 goals during the 15-match regular season. It is the second time Benavente has won the Golden Boot Award playing for UOG in a GFA league.

The Triton Men's Soccer Team had a 16-2-0 record for 2018-19, while the Lady Tritons had a 12-3-1 record and finished as runners-up in the Women's Amateur League.
