The University of Guam plans to resume classes on Monday, April 20, 2026, following the passage of Super Typhoon Sinlaku and ongoing recovery efforts across the island.
 
Following the announcement of COR 4 at 12 pm yesterday, University officials will be conducting a thorough assessment of campus conditions to ensure facilities are safe and ready and will be working with GPA and GWA on the restoration of power and water prior to reopening.
All other on-campus activities and events are canceled or will be postponed until normal operations resume.
 
The University encourages students and employees to continue monitoring official UOG communication channels for updates.
