Mr. Noel M. Enriquez to Speak at UOG School of Engineering’s Fall 2025 Seminar

The University of Guam School of Engineering will host its third FANUCHÅNAN 2025 Seminar Series on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. in Science Building Room SC 101. The event is open to the public and will also be available via Zoom.

Mr. Noel M. Enriquez, F. SAME, Director of Operations for Pacific Rim, will be the featured speaker for this session titled “Industry Perspective with Pacific Rim.” Mr. Enriquez brings over 40 years of international experience managing operations, overseeing programs and projects, and leading business growth for global organizations across both private and government sectors.

Under his Operations Leadership support, Pacific Rim was recently awarded the 2025 GCA Contractor of the Year, recognizing the company’s excellence in safety, health and wellness programs, environmental responsibility, quality of work-life, workforce development, and community service.

Mr. Enriquez’s presentation will provide valuable insights into leadership, professional development, and the evolving engineering and construction industry in Guam and beyond.
