This licensed subscription allows eligible* students, faculty, and staff to download the latest Microsoft Office 365 up to 5 different devices. Students, faculty, and staff will be able to access Microsoft Office online and download the full suite as well. This product will remain functional until the student, faculty, or staff separates from the Unviersity of Guam.
 
*Eligible students are full-time or part-time enrolled students in a regular semester.

This software may be run on Windows and Apple computers, iPhones, iPads, Android, and Windows phones. System requirements for all platforms.

  1. Go to https://portal.office.com 
  2. Login with your university email
    • For Students:  username@gotritons.uog.edu
    • For Faculty and Staff:  username@triton.uog.edu 
    • Need help logging in? Please contact our office for assistance.
  3. Click Install Office
  4. Click download Office 365 apps
    • Clicking this will download the .exe or .dmg installer to your device
  5. Run the .exe or .dmg file 
  6. Your Microsoft Office Suite installation process will begin
  7. After the installation is complete, you will need to login to your University Email account to activate the Microsoft Office Suite license.
  • iOS: Open the App Store and search for "Microsoft Outlook." Download and install the app that you want.
  • Android: Open the Google Play store and search for Microsoft Office. Download and install the app named "Microsoft Office Mobile". Open the app and enter your GoTritons Email Login credentials.
