Campus Internet Connection

The Internet and Network Connection service enables University students, faculty, staff, and guests to connect to the Internet and access the University’s many network based resources and services. The campus network is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

DIRECT CONNECTIONDirect Connection
  • Throughout the university campus, we offer direct internet connection to designated locations, exclusively for university employees and computer labs.
  • If your area does not have existing direct internet connection(s) and is needed, you may coordinate with your department/unit Administrator, Office of IT, and Plant Management.
  • For any inquiries regarding our network, please submit a Helpdesk ticket.
WI-FI CONNECTIONWi-fi Connection
  • The University of Guam's official wi-fi connection is "eduroam," which is available for university students, faculty, and staff.
