About

The UOG Self-Service website will be replacing features of the existing WebAdvisor system throughout 2022-2023. Self-Service currently allows staff and faculty to perform common online operations such as time entry, time approval, access tax information, and more.

Enabled Services Description
Time Entry Submit weekly time entries. 
Timekeeping Review, modify, and comment on employee time entries in your unit.
Time Approval Approve, reject, and comment on employee time entries in your unit.
W-2 Statements View emloyee electronic W-2 statements.
Employee Overview View earning statements (pay advices) current benefits, position history, and more!
Employee Proxy (manual assignment) To assign ad-hoc, temporary employee specific Self-Service duties (e.g., Time Keeper and/or Time Approver), please fill out Self Service Authorization Update Form and submit to the Payroll Office.
