Nine nursing students from Jeju National University in South Korea attended a two-week study abroad program at the University of Guam School of Health last month. The program included visits to Guam Memorial Hospital and its Skilled Nursing Unit, Guam Regional Medical City, and St. Dominic's Senior Care Home as well as lectures on the UOG campus given by nursing faculty Veronica B. Alave and Danilo Bilong. The study abroad opportunity was coordinated by the Professional & International Programs office.
