Applications are now available for the NSF INCLUDES: SEAS Island Alliance fellowship,
which allows selected fellows to partner with a faculty researcher and conduct scientific
research projects.

The NSF INCLUDES: SEAS Island Alliance stands for the National Science Foundation’s
Inclusion Across the Nation of Communities of Learners of Underrepresented Discoverers
in Engineering and Science: Supporting Emerging Aquatic Scientists. It is a collaborative
project taking place in Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, aimed at broadening
participation of islanders in STEM fields. It is part of a comprehensive national
initiative to enhance U.S. leadership in discoveries and innovations by focusing on
diversity, inclusion, and increased participation in STEM at scale.
