GLE team earns certifications in digital event management
GLE team earns certifications in digital event management

Five members of the UOG Global Learning & Engagement team have earned certifications in digital event strategy from the Professional Convention Management Association. In the last year, GLE has hosted and coordinated more than a dozen virtual events for the University and local government agencies, some reaching more than 500 individuals worldwide. This globally recognized certification equips the GLE team in multiple aspects of coordinating and managing virtual and hybrid events.
The six-module certification training covered making a business plan, event content and audience management, technology and production, marketing and social media, and post-event measurement and return on investment.
The GLE team members who earned the Digital Event Strategist certification are:
