The University of Guam Press received a $200,000 Mellon Foundation grant to pioneer a digital publishing program focused on Micronesian seafaring and navigation. Co-authored by master navigators Dr. Melissa Taitano and H. Larry Raigetal, the project blends Indigenous storytelling, audio, visuals, and text to preserve and share Pacific cultural knowledge.
