Geena Nuque received her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Art Track in December 2017 at the University of Guam. Nuque works as the Program Assistant for the University of Guam’s Professional & International Programs Office. Nuque provides assistance with the filing of documents, dropping off and picking up documents from other departments, entertain walk-ins and telephone inquiries, scheduling of events, proctoring, and doing supply run.

Dr. Dean Olah joined the faculty of the School of Education at UOG after teaching at Campbell University in North Carolina for the past five years. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in music education at the University of Toledo, received a Master of School Administration (MSA) degree from Campbell University and holds a ddegree of Doctor of Education (Ed. D.) from North Carolina State University in the School of Technology Engineering and Design. Additionally, he is a licensed A+ and Network+ Computer Technician, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Trainer (MCT).
With experience working at every level in education including elementary general music, middle and high school band, collegiate and business vocational technology training and administration, as well as university graduate school, he is also a former elementary school principal. His primary areas of scholastic interest are foundational education, instructional technology, vocational studies, educational leadership and music education.
Dr. Olah is an active member of ITEEA (International Technology and Engineering Educators Association), Epsilon Pi Tau (leading international honors society for technology) and MENC (Music Educators National Conference). He has recently collaborated with a leading educational pedagogue, Dr. Harry Wong, to assist educators integrating technology as a tool in classroom management.
In his spare time, Dr. Olah enjoys playing the trombone and has performed professionally with numerous classical and jazz ensembles in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina and internationally in Europe and the Middle East. He and his wife Molly (an educator and professional violinist) enjoy traveling and outdoor activities such as snorkeling, hiking and tennis.
