Student Services

All students receive IT access when their enrollment is certified. This access includes their Triton ID, which grants them access to their Office 365 GoTritons Student Email, WebAdvisor and Triton Portal. All official UOG correspondence is sent to a Student's official email address. Students are advised to check these accounts often to stay up to date with UOG's latest news and important announcements. Student downloadable information can be found here.

Provides students to their own academic records. Students may view their class schedules, grades, financial aid information and transcripts. Through this service, you are also able to register, withdraw, or drop classes.

Triton Portal grants students easy access to information on the UOG campus. Using Triton Portal allows students to find more information about campus services, complete faculty evaluations, access WebAdvisor, make payments, and more.

Student email accounts are assigned to all confirmed University of Guam Students. All official University emails will only be sent to student university email accounts. Our Student GOTRITONS Email system is powered by Microsoft Office 365, offering better email capabilities that allows Students many benefits. As a Student, your GoTritons Email includes an Office 365 software subscription that can be used online AND downloaded directly to your Mac/PC or even your iOS and Android devices.
  • Microsoft Office 365 Email with over 50GB of email storage.
  • Microsoft OneDrive with 1TB of storage.
  • Microsoft Office 365 Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc) to create and share documents, spreadsheets and calendars with others.
  • Access to your information from anywhere with an internet connection.

 

This service can be accessed through WebAdvisor or through Triton Portal. CashNet allows students to view balances and make payments.
This service can be accessed through Triton Portal. CollegeNet allows students to evaluate Faculty members for classes they are registered for.

Software Downloads
