UOG Men's Basketball wins first game of season with 89-78 victory over MacTech

The University of Guam Men's Basketball Team won its first game of the 2018-2019 season with a 89-78 victory over MacTech on Nov. 4 in the Bomber Basketball League at the Coral Reef Fitness and Sport Center on the Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
It was the final regular season game for the Bomber Basketball League, and UOG has a 1-5 record after the double round robin regular season. The double elimination championship tournament begins next week with the Tritons taking on the Andersen Bombers in the first round.
The Bombers have defeated UOG twice in the regular season, 101-75 and 99-63. Game time for the playoffs is 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Coral Reef Fitness and Sport Center. The Bulldogs and MacTech play in the other Playoff Game.
