The University of Guam Board of Regents passed the following resolutions at its Nov. 24 meeting:

Resolution No. 20-32
Approves the Fanuchånan 2020 Commencement graduate listing

Resolution No. 20-33
Approves the proposed changes to the Student Government Association constitution and bylaws and amendments to the UOG student regent election regulations

Resolution No. 20-34
Expresses appreciation to Christopher K. Felix for his service as a member and chairperson of the Board of Regents

Resolution No. 20-35
Awards Emeritus Professor of Human Resource Management status to Dr. Richard S. Colfax

Resolution No. 20-36
Approves the undergraduate minor and certificate programs in Cybersecurity Management

Resolution No. 20-37
Approves the new personnel rules and regulations for classified employees of the University of Guam

Resolution No. 20-38
Authorizes the University of Guam to enter into a contract for investment advisory services

Resolution No. 20-39
Approves a revised re-apportioned FY2021 General Operations Budget

Resolution No. 20-40
Approves the FY2020-2021 insurance program

Resolution No. 20-41
Authorizes the signing of checks and corporation resolutions and opening or closing bank accounts, investment accounts, or credit facilities
