WEIGH-INS

• Challenge and inital weigh-in starts on Friday, February 9, 2024.
• Weekly weigh-ins will take place each Friday at the Student Health Services office from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  
  

WINNERS

2 winners will be determined

• Winner #1 – Total body weight % lost
  • Percentage of body weight lost is determined by dividing your total lbs. lost by your starting weight, then multiplying by 100.
  • A $250 valued prize will be awarded for the total body weight % lost.
    
    
• Winner #2 – Total fat % lost
  • Percentage of fat lost determined by subtracting initial boy fat percentage from the final body fat percentage.
  • A $250 valued prize will be awarded for the total fat % lost.
