If you are a former student (students who have missed one semester or more of classes at UOG) and would like to return and continue your degree program, DO NOT APPLY ONLINE. Instead, please download and fill-out a re-entry form. Please read page 2 of the form for former student admission requirements. Submit your completed form to the Admissions and Records Office, located at the Field House.Application Deadline: May 27, 2022 Application fee: $52.00 (non-refundable) International students please visit International Students page for additional requirements High School Students who are applying for Dual Enrollment and Advanced High School Programs, please contact your respective School Counselors for information or contact Admissions and Records Office at (671) 735-2202/ 2214 or admitme@triton.uog.edu - Submit your documents
Submit official high school and/or college transcript(s) directly from issuing institution*
1. TRANSCRIPTS
♦ NEW FRESHMAN: Official High School Transcript
♦ TRANSFER: Official College Transcripts are required from all institutions attended. If student earned less than 15 college credits an official high school transcript is required.♦ All foreign transcripts must be converted and evaluated course-by-course with GPA to US standards by one of the following U.S evaluation service companies:

Submit health requirements (PPD and MMR #1&2 shot records). PPD skin test result must be updated within 6 months prior to intended start term and the Medical History Form. Students are also required to submit their COVID-19 Health Information Online. Click Submission Form. 3. PROOF OF RESIDENCY
Submit proof of residency to qualify for resident tuition rate (refer to Residency Policy CY 2021-2022)
4. SEXUAL MISCONDUCT TRAINING
Complete the SMT online, contact (671) 735-2620 or moodlehelp@triton.uog.edu for the link to take the course
- Take UOG's English Preparedness Test and Math Placement Tests

♦ NEW FRESHMAN: Students are required to take the English Preparedness Test and Math Placement Test
♦ TRANSFER STUDENTS: Must provide at least an unofficial copy of college transcript indicating English and/or Math course(s) for placement purposes. For those students who have not earned a college-level English and/or Math course are required to take the English Preparedness Test and Math Placement Test - Meet with your Academic Advisor
♦ Steps 1-3 must be completed before advisement. Please visit the Triton Advising Center page for their contact information. Counseling advisors for undeclared students are available Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Click this link to Schedule an Appointment.

♦ For online registration, you MUST notify our office and present a copy of your completed advisement sheet signed by your assigned academic advisor or email approval form your advisor to lift the advisement hold and allow online registration.Fanuchånan 2022: August 9-12, 2022Non-degree students please complete a Registration Form and submit to Admissions and Records Office for processing. Photo ID is required for all registration transactions.
*if the issuing institution is on island, you may hand carry the documents.
