For each undergraduate course completed, students will have the option of replacing
the letter grade earned with an alternate grade that will not affect GPA calculations. The alternate grades available to undergraduates are as follows

option. To ensure that you have considered their alternatives and the potential impacts
carefully, advisement Is required to use the alternate grading option. DEADLINE

COVID-19 Information & Processes
How to Withdraw from Fanuchånan 2021
The deadlines to withdraw are as follows:
- Deadline for Voluntary Withdrawal:
October 6, 2021 - Deadline to Withdraw by Petition:
December 10, 2021
- Download the respective course withdrawal form you require.
- Using your gotriton student email account, send the completed form with a copy of your photo ID to transcripts@triton.uog.edu for processing.
- Upon receipt of the completed form, including the required approvals/ signatures, a representative from Admissions and Records Office will process it and notify you once the course withdrawal request has been processed.
- If you have not received a notification with status of your request, send a follow up email to transcripts@triton.uog.edu to follow up.
How to Register for Fañomnåkan 2022
The Fañomnåkan 2022 early registration period begins November 3, 2021 to Decembr 3, 2021 by class level.

- Review the Fañomnåkan 2022 course schedule online (it will be available before early registration begins).
- Log on to webadvisor and register online. Contact OIT at 735-2640 if you don’t have access to your webadvisor account.
- If you encounter an issue when attempting to register for courses online, send an email to admitme@triton.uog.edu using your gotritons email account and provide your UOG ID number
- Send an email to transcripts@triton.uog.edu to verify if you are registered for Fañomnåkan 2022 and request for a copy of your registration with the billing information.
COMMON ISSUES & SOLUTIONS
- Advisement Restriction - If you have a current advisement restriction (Nursing, Political Science majors, etc), please connect with your academic advisors to send an email request as approval to admitme@triton.uog.edu for Admissions and Records Office to temporary lift this hold so you can proceed with registration. Education major must register with School of Education.
- Bursar Restriction - If you have a Bursar restriction, you must get clearance from Bursar Office to lift the hold. You may contact 735-2923/45/46 or bursar@triton.uog.edu for them to clear the restriction.
- Repeating a Course - If you are registering for a course that you are repeating, send an email request to admitme@triton.uog.edu for registration assistance.
- Overload Request - If you are registering with overload credits (more than 18 credits), download the Course Overload Request form and get email approval from your academic advisor (AND academic Dean if more than 21 credits). Send the completed form to admitme@triton.uog.edu with the email approval for registration assistance.
- Other - If you have other restrictions, send an email to admitme@triton.uog.edu for assistance on how to get clearance.
Sexual Misconduct Training Online
All students must complete the Sexual Misconduct Training (SMT) online every academic year. This training only needs to be completed once each academic year.
- Make sure you have your student information. You will be asked to provide your gotriton email address and UOG ID number to either update or create your online training account.
- Contact moodlehelp@triton.uog.edu or 735-2620/21 to get a personal link to take the training online.
- Provide proof of completion (certificate of completion) to admitme@triton.uog.edu to enter in the system to update your records.
How to Request for Transcripts
In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a signed request is required to release transcripts.* Please follow the steps below to request a transcript.
- Download and fill out the Transcript Request Form.
- Cashier will be open effective June 01, 2021. Please proceed to the Bursar Office to make a payment. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Credit card payments can be ade over the phone as well from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling the cashier at 735-2923 or 735-2945/6.
- You may also contact Bursar Office for any inquiry regarding payment via email: bursar@triton.uog.edu. After making payment, ask for the receipt number from the Cashier and write it on the Transcript Request Form.Send the completed and signed form along with copy of your photo ID, via email to transcripts@triton.uog.edu. The transcript form includes instructions and the fee schedule. You may also mail or fax the form to the address below.
