Tuition is based on full-time enrollment of 12 credit hours for undergraduate students and 9 credit hours for graduate students. Undergraduate resident tuition for Academic Year 2020-2021 is $210 per credit and $285 per credit for graduate resident students.
To assist students and their families to plan ahead for attending the University of Guam, the budgets listed above are used to determine the degree of an applicant's need for financial aid. All other costs, such as dependent care or disability expenses, will be added to the cost based on the submission of documentation from the student.
The costs above (other than tuition, fees, and dorm rates) are based on information gathered from the U.S. and Guam Departments of Labor, the U.S. General Services Administration, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture and adjusted for Guam using data from the Guam Bureau of Statistics and Plans.

For tuition purposes, applicants are classified by the registrar as resident or non-resident at the time an application and all supporting credentials are received by the Office of Admissions. Tuition and fee payments are accepted at the Business Office, the Bursar’s Office, or via WebAdvisor. UOG accepts cash, check, and/or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and other major credit cards).
If you register for a class and later decide to drop or withdraw from it, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
